Return Policy
A 30 Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. As long as the item is returned in a "new, unaltered and unused condition." If purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions.

Orders for products marked "Custom" are cancellable within 24 hours from the time of order with no penalty. Please note that we cannot accept returns on Special Orders.

To Request A Return
Contact Customer Service at 1-888-209-1538 and request a Return Authorization Code for your order. You will be sent a Return Authorization by email. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). Please return the merchandise pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL or Airborne)

All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.

Please note:

  • If the product has been excessively used, abused, or damaged, the return and credit will not be allowed.
  • The original shipping costs of the products is non refundable, and is the customers responsibility.
  • The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on a return.
  • All products must be returned in all the original boxes or packaging..
  • Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
  • Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.

  1. Security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site.

Shipping Policy

General
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, save changes, go to check out and enter your zip code. This will display the shipping costs.

Shipping Time
Orders for items that are handmade are usually shipped within 14 work days excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm PST. Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) is available and these orders are given top priority.

Out of Stock Items
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.

If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

We are sorry, but we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.
